This handcrafted 1095 High Carbon Steel Katana is a perfect blend of tradition and modern craftsmanship. Featuring the classic Shinogi-Zukuri blade shape, this sword is designed for both display and practical use. The blade is mirror polished, highlighting its elegance, and it is tempered using the oil quenching method, which ensures excellent durability and sharpness.

The single Bohi (groove) along the blade gives it a balanced aesthetic and reduces weight, making it easier to handle. The Yokote is defined, ensuring the blade tapers elegantly to a sharp point. The katana features no temper line (Hamon), providing a smooth, sleek look for a more modern and refined appearance.

The handle (Tsuka) is wrapped in black leather Tsuka-Ito with Hineri-Maki (twisted wrapping style), complemented by genuine red rayskin for a comfortable grip. For a unique and striking appearance, the sword’s fittings are designed with intricate dragon-themed alloy motifs, including the Tsuba (guard), Koshira (pommel), Fuchi (sleeve), and Menuki (handle ornament). These ornate fittings not only add beauty but also reflect a strong, mythical symbolism.

The Saya (scabbard) is finished in a red and black lacquered design with a glossy surface, making it stand out in any collection. The katana also includes a black sageo with a red dot, which ties the color scheme together. It features a full tang, ensuring superior durability and balance.

Additionally, the sword is equipped with bamboo Mekugi (pegs) for secure fitting and easy disassembly. The katana comes with a free sword bag and a sword certificate for authenticity. You can also customize the katana with your preferred engravings in English, Chinese, Japanese, or other languages.
