This Walking Dead Sword-Michonne's Katana is fully hand made by Hanbon Forge. it features a hand forged damascus steel blade, High Carbon Steel are folded 13 times creating 8196 layers for superior strength and flexibility. the visible tenuous undulating grain on the blade was resulted from folded repeatedly during forging. and it was tempered in the traditional clay method, which produces a hard Ha, and a resilient spine. The blade is hand polished by 12 steps which create the surface of the blade like a morrior. This blade has not bo-hi to enhance its strength and power. A biochemical symboland was engraved into the blade near the tsuba. the tsuba is made of alloy. The Tsuka (handle) core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped over black genuine Ray skin Samegawa with leather silk tsuka-Ito. The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made of alloy. The Tang of the sword is secured by two bamboo Mekugi (peg).
