This hand-forged T10 steel katana sword is crafted using traditional Japanese sword-making techniques, designed for collectors, martial artists, and practitioners of Kenjutsu, Iaido, and Kendo.

The blade is made from high-quality T10 steel, clay tempered through a process of forging, polishing, oil quenching, and hand-sharpening to create a razor-sharp cutting edge. The mirror-polished blade follows the Shinogi-Zukuri geometry with bo-hi groove for balance and reduced weight.

The fittings are finely detailed alloy pieces with warrior and Japanese architectural motifs:

• Tsuba (guard): Alloy, featuring katana motifs on both sides.

• Kashira (pommel): Alloy, engraved with a samurai holding a katana.

• Fuchi (collar): Alloy, decorated with traditional Japanese building patterns.

• Menuki (ornament): Alloy, shaped like a polearm weapon.

• Habaki & Seppa: Brass, with durability and aesthetics in mind.

The handle (tsuka) is wrapped in black synthetic silk tsuka-ito over genuine white rayskin samegawa, using the Hineri-Maki wrapping style for firm grip and traditional appearance. The saya (scabbard) is finished in black glossy lacquer, paired with a black synthetic silk sageo for a sleek, elegant look.

Each katana is full tang, secured with two bamboo mekugi pegs, ensuring strength and safety. It includes a free sword bag and certificate of authenticity.
