Handmade Japanese Katana Sword – 1095 Steel, Purple Tsuka-Ito, White Gloss Saya, Golden Fittings
This handmade Japanese katana is forged from 1095 high carbon steel, featuring a shinogi-zukuri blade with bo-hi, full tang construction, and a mirror-polished surface. It is tempered and oil-quenched for durability, making it a fully functional, battle-ready sword.
The handle (tsuka) is wrapped in purple synthetic silk tsuka-ito in traditional hineri-maki style over genuine white rayskin (samegawa). The fittings are crafted from golden alloy with elegant sakura (cherry blossom) and bamboo themes. The white gloss saya is paired with a matching purple sageo, completing the refined aesthetic.
This katana is perfect for martial arts practice, collection, or display. It can also be fully customized with engravings, fittings, or alternative handle colors.

2. Can I customize the fittings or handle wrap color?
Yes. We offer full customization for the blade, fittings, saya (scabbard), and tsuka-ito (handle wrap). You can see available options here: Japanese Sword Fittings.

Yes. While it is a functional battle-ready sword, it is also suitable for beginners in martial arts training or collectors seeking an authentic handmade katana.
