Hand Forged T10 Steel Katana with Genuine Notare Hamon – Handmade Japanese Samurai Sword

The Handmade Japanese Katana is a traditional sword crafted from premium T10 steel, featuring a genuine clay tempered blade, authentic Notare Hamon, and a durable full tang construction. Designed for collectors, martial artists, and Japanese sword enthusiasts, this hand forged Katana combines traditional craftsmanship with elegant Musashi-inspired fittings.

The blade is carefully hand forged, oil quenched, and finished with Hazuya polishing to reveal the natural beauty of the steel. The Shinogi-Zukuri blade shape, Chu-Kissaki tip, and Yokote line create the classic appearance of an authentic Japanese Samurai Sword.

Traditional T10 Steel Katana Craftsmanship

This T10 steel Katana is produced using traditional handmade sword-making methods. The blade undergoes clay tempering and oil quenching to achieve excellent hardness, durability, and cutting performance.

The genuine Notare Hamon is naturally created during the clay tempering process, making every blade unique. The Hazuya polish enhances the contrast between the hardened edge and softer blade body, showing the beauty of traditional Japanese sword craftsmanship.

Elegant Musashi Theme Sword Fittings

This custom Katana features a beautiful brass Musashi theme Tsuba. The matching brass Fuchi and Kashira use a small flower design, while the handle is decorated with a gold-color flower Menuki ornament.

The handle uses genuine white Samegawa rayskin with green synthetic silk wrapping in traditional Hineri-Maki style. The solid hardwood handle core and two bamboo Mekugi pegs provide reliable strength and stability.

Sharp Full Tang Japanese Katana for Collectors and Martial Artists

Built with a strong full tang structure, this sword provides excellent balance and durability. The sharp cutting edge, traditional geometry, and carefully polished blade make it suitable for experienced collectors and practitioners.

This handmade Japanese Katana can also be customized. Customers may request changes to accessories, colors, blade engraving, or tang inscription according to personal preferences.
