Hand Forged T10 Steel Katana with Genuine Notare Hamon – Handmade Japanese Samurai Sword HBF1062
This Handmade Japanese Katana is a traditionally crafted sword featuring a T10 steel blade, authentic clay tempered Hamon, and a full tang construction. Designed for collectors, martial artists, and Japanese sword enthusiasts, this customizable Katana combines traditional sword-making techniques with elegant Musashi-inspired fittings.
The blade is carefully hand forged, oil quenched, and finished with Hazuya polishing to reveal the natural beauty of the steel and the genuine Notare Hamon temper line. With a sharp cutting edge, balanced handling, and a traditional Shinogi-Zukuri blade shape, this sword represents the craftsmanship of a true handmade Japanese Katana.
Traditional Hand Forged T10 Steel Katana Craftsmanship
This T10 carbon steel Katana is created using traditional sword-making methods. The blade undergoes clay tempering and oil quenching to achieve a hard cutting edge while maintaining flexibility and durability.
The genuine Notare Hamon is individually formed through the tempering process, making each blade unique. The Hazuya polish enhances the contrast between the hardened edge and softer body of the blade, highlighting the traditional Japanese sword appearance.
Elegant Musashi Theme Sword Fittings
The sword features a traditional brass Musashi theme Tsuba with matching brass fittings. The Fuchi and Kashira are decorated with a small flower design, while the handle includes a gold-color flower Menuki ornament for an elegant appearance.
The handle uses genuine white rayskin Samegawa wrapped with green synthetic silk in traditional Hineri-Maki style. The solid wooden core and two bamboo Mekugi pegs provide reliable strength and stability.
Sharp Full Tang Katana Built for Collectors and Martial Artists
This full tang Katana features a sharp cutting edge and excellent balance. The traditional Shinogi-Zukuri blade geometry, Chu-Kissaki tip, and Yokote line create the classic appearance of a Japanese Samurai sword.
The sword can be customized according to customer preferences. Buyers can request changes to blade engraving, tang inscription, fittings, colors, or other accessories.
