Shipping Update for Selected European Countries

To provide a smoother and more convenient shopping experience, we have updated our shipping method for certain European countries starting from mid-August 2025.

Previous Shipping Method (Before August 2025)

  • Packages were first sent to South Korea, then forwarded via UPS.

  • Delivery time: around 3 weeks.

  • Customers had to provide customs clearance documents.

  • Customers needed to pay customs duties directly.

This process was complicated and caused inconvenience for many customers.

New Shipping Method (From Mid-August 2025)

  • When placing an order on our website, you will pay both the shipping fee and customs duty.

  • Customs duty is fixed at $20 USD per package (much cheaper than paying it directly yourself).

  • Shipping fee is calculated based on the package weight.

  • Your package will be sent to our Italian forwarding agent, who will then ship it to you via FedEx.

  • You do not need to provide customs clearance documents.

  • You do not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 2–3 weeks.

  • Simply place your order and wait for the package to be delivered to your address.
