Chinese Spear (Qiang) Folded Steel Hand Polishing Blade Water Margin Lin Chung Sword Weapons
The Spear (Qiang) is the most common long-handled spear used by Chinese soldiers. It is one of the earliest known battle weapons and was known as “the king of a thousand soldiers.” Many Generals preferred the use of the spear because its techniques and applications were superior to those of other weapons. Because the spear was normally light it could be wielded around with quickness and agility.
During the "Water Margin" period of ancient China some of "Leung Mountains" heroes of the "Water Margin", the best spear player of that group was a "Leopard Head" Lin Chung whose finishing move was the "Returning Horse Spear Thrust." This Spear is handmade by damascus folded steel blade with long shaft (handle), the stainless steel shaft can be fully disassembled and assembled.
